Come join us for holiday shopping, The Nutcracker Ballet, and a festive dinner to start our holiday season. The trip begins with bus pickups at Poco Diablo at 8:30am and Chase Bank in the VOC at 8:45am. The bus then heads for the Biltmore Fashion Plaza, where you will have time to shop and have lunch on your own.

After shopping, we ride over to Symphony Hall to see a matinee of The Nutcracker Ballet.

After the ballet, we will have dinner at nearby Mancuso’s Restaurant.

When you register, you will have your choice of five entrees from which to select:

    • CHICKEN PICCATA — wine, butter, lemon, parmesan, and Romano cheese, capers
    • CANNELLONI — house-made, beef, veal, Italian sausage, spinach, parmesan and Romano cheese, fresh broccolini, Alfredo or marinara sauce
    • SHRIMP SCAMPI — olive oil, garlic, lemon, butter on a bed of linguini
    • FRESH WILD SALMON FILET — Dill sauce
    • VEGETARIAN PAELLA — squash, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, sweet red onions, red and green peppers, green beans, fresh herbs with saffron rice (gluten-free)

All choices come with caprese salad; seasonal vegetable and penne marinara; and New York Cheesecake.

After dinner, we will again board the bus for the return trip to Sedona, with an expected return to the VOC at approximately 8:15pm, then on to Poco Diablo.

The price for the entire day is $209 per person, which includes all transportation in a large coach bus with a restroom, ballet tickets, and a three-course dinner (drinks and bus driver tip are not included).

The Sedona Women's December program — Holiday Celebration, Talent Show, and Sing-Along — is being prepared to give you an entertaining, fun, and exciting experience at the Sedona Library community room!

Judy Neiman, Judy Ellis, Katy Ryan, and Hollace Davids are creating a fun-filled holiday celebration just for you.

The program will start with a sing-along of favorite holiday songs followed by a special talent show. We are providing refreshments: hot cider, hot tea, and cookies, plus a special gift for each of our wonderful members.

We already have several talented people practicing their talents to share. Now we are looking for other members with special talents to join the show.

Playing an instrument, singing, dancing, drama, reciting a short poem, or a skit or even an unusual body movement.

We are limiting each act to 3 minutes. Please text Judy Neiman at 858-775-2436 or email her at Jneiman3@gmail.com as soon as possible to see if your special talent will fit into our fast-moving variety show!

Please RSVP to confirm your attendance so we have a count for refreshments, seating, and gifts. Registration is required and guests are welcome.

This program will be held on Thursday, December 14, at the Sedona Public Library, 3250 White Bear Road, Sedona. A meet-and-greet will begin at 9:30 am, followed at 10:00am by the business meeting and the program.
