Board Nomination Form

To nominate someone to serve on the board of The Sedona Women please complete the form below.  If you are interested in serving on the board please feel free to nominate yourself. To qualify for service on the board a candidate must have been a member of The Sedona Women for one year and must indicate a preference for being a Chair or Co-Chair of a Committee. TSW has a working Board and Board positions are only open to those who serve as Chair or Co-Chair of a Committee.
